Results of myxomycete experiments could be affected by temperature in “standard” laboratory conditions

Moist chamber cultures are valuable for myxomycete research and can be used the analysis of ecological patterns with implications in ecosystem conservation programs. However, to make comparisons between datasets valid, method should redesigned considering potential biases affecting generation results. In present study, both effect general climate laboratory two microclimatic variables within moist were studied relation obtained data.
